Exynos 1330 is better in theory , but in practical it is very bad in terms of network performance . It heats up quickly in 5g usage in low network coverage area . It is little bit of powerful than the dimensity 6300 but you can't use the power in gaming or other cases . D6300 gives very constant performance , that's why samsung chose d6300 over Exynos 1330 .

You are right , Like Snapdragon Mediatech also provide good network modem, and first time samsung use a chip that made by TSMC , while others Snapdragon Chips which are used in budget or mid-range samsung devices are made by samsung itself .
