i3-1215U's iGPU drivers seem to be less optimized even though in benchmarks it's on par with RX Vega 8 (Ryzen 7 4xxx-5xxx iGPU), so Ryzen 3 5300U with RX Vega 6 may give better performance in several games (as of now).
