The Intel Core i7 13700H performs better than the Ultra 5 125H, but the Ultra 5 125H is more efficient overall. The Core i7 13700H is a good choice for home use that requires a connection to a power source, while the Ultra 5 125H is an excellent choice for travel. It has decent performance that can handle most usual tasks - even video editing and rendering - with excellent battery life.

The Intel i7 13700H is the better choice if you need raw performance and work plugged in to battery charger 80% of the day. Otherwise, Ultra 5 125H has the better battery life and iGPU. The CPU performance is sufficient by all measurables.
