The Intel Ultra 9 185H is far superior to the Snapdragon X Elite in terms of performance, especially for video editing and rendering. However, it does have a higher power consumption. Also, it is based on the x86-64 architecture, which is compatible with most of today's software, rather than the Arm64 v9 architecture. The Arm64 v9 is new and currently being developed by most software developers, which can cause compatibility issues. The Intel Ultra 9 185H is for today, and the Snapdragon X Elite is for the future of mobile computing.

So in upcoming years like 4-5 years will developers stop focusing on x86 based processors?

Krrish, No, we will probably see a slight slowdown of development on x86_64 platform. Things will get better for ARM64 but there is still a lot to do.. However, both platforms will coexist.
