It is true that the MediaTek 9300 is powerful, but not as powerful as the M2, let alone the iPad’s M4. Apple is still the strongest company in terms of processors in iPads, followed by MediaTek, and then Snapdragon.

People really think MediaTek Dimensity 9300 would beat Apple M4, even though it only surpassed Apple M1 and was close to rivaling Apple M2. Even if Dimensity 9300 Plus gets released, it would be the rival of Apple M2. So, M1 equals 9300, M2 equals 9300 Plus.

Yeah, but 20W Is rly bad, Dimensity 7W, use 7W M4 And Dimensity easy beat M4.

LGs, Dimensity 9300 would still lose to Apple M4 because even if the M4 is also using 7W, the performance per watt ratio on the M4 is higher than the 9300. The M4 has wide and aggressive cores while the 9300 is more tuned for mobile power and low thermals. Wider and more aggressive cores mean the M4 does more work per clock so its performance per watt ratio is higher.
