When it comes to budget, I'd prefer the 8300 and the TDP is lower than 9300 so you can play longer in the 8300 while getting good fps in medium and heavy games. 9300 is just for hardcore gamers.

The Dimensity 8300 offers better throttling stability than the Dimensity 9300, but this difference isn't noticeable in everyday use.
