Not a great difference in performance, simply get the one that is available for cheaper.

I3 wins, the modern UHD graphics are a bit better than vega 6.

Although AMD is slightly slower in single core, has got AMD Radeon Vega 6 and is made in a 7nm process. therefore AMD wins for me in this competition.
