12500h in my hp victus scored 7700 in Cinebench R23 (multi-core) I think it's even worse than ryzen 5 5600h in many laptops. This is due to low TDP in hp victus laptops during CPU test in Cinebench (multi-core) TDP did not go up 45watts.

12500H has different TDPs according to OEMs with different performance levels. 6600H may perform better than 12500H in some cases.
