L2 and L3 numbers are wrong for m-series chips (you have the L3 number in the L2 space and are missing the L2 number). Cinebench is the only benchmark?

M-chips CPU don't have L3 cache, the 32MB cache you see is indeed L2, while the whole SoC has another level called System-Level Cache
