The only problem with MediaTek is that it is not ideal for emulation, and specifically emulating Windows games because it does not support Direct X. Also, MediaTek's GPU, Mali, shows poor performance in Vulkan.

>what is DXVK even if that were true you are losing more on emulating ARM to x64 rather than Vulkan to DX

The Dimensity 8300 chipset is a performance beast, but I hope the cooling mechanism is adequate. I've been a fan of MediaTek since the Helio G90 series.

I believe SD 7 Generation 3 is simply a more stable version with lower CPU and GPU frequencies, as you can see. For Dimensity 8300, the specifications are as follows: 1x 3.35 GHz – Cortex-A715 3x 3.2 GHz – Cortex-A715 4x 2.2 GHz – Cortex-A510 GPU frequency: 3350 MHz For SD 7 Generation 3, the specifications are as follows: 1x 2.63 GHz – Cortex-A715 3x 2.4 GHz – Cortex-A715 4x 1.8 GHz – Cortex-A510 GPU frequency: 2630 MHz In conclusion, I prefer SD 7 Generation 3, as it seems to handle heat and stability better, as well as deliver superior camera processing.

The reality is that they consume the same. They have excellent efficiency. and the management of the cores of both CPUs. are good. It has already been shown that the 8300 has more performance and no bottleneck due to high temperatures. In addition, it does not consume anything with its 5.8w. People are terrified because they don't want to see what Snap Dragon is becoming. for 3 years now...

I'm curious as to why Qualcomm decided to manufacture the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, which appears to be less powerful than the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 SoC. Considering their names, it would make sense for the SD 7 Gen 3 to exceed the SD 7/7+ Gen 2 processor in terms of performance. I had hoped that the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 would sport features such as 1 x Cortex X3 @ 3.2 GHz + 3 x Cortex A715 @ 2.95 GHz + 4 x Cortex A510 @ 2.25 GHz, alongside a high-performance Adreno GPU. However, it looks like my wishes won't become reality, as Qualcomm has already manufactured the SD 7 Gen 3 processor. 😊😊

No, the 7 gen 3 is not in line with the 7+ gen 2. The successor of the SD7+ gen 2 is the SD7+ gen 3 using this architecture Snapdragon 7+ gen 3 1x 2.8 GHz – Cortex-X4 4x 2.6 GHz – Cortex-A720 3x 1.9 GHz – Cortex-A520 The 7 gen 3 is just a high mid-ranger while the SD7+ are High end premium Mid-range chipset
