Stability rating varies between devices due to thermals, e.g. moto edge 50 (7 gen 3) peaks 6000 on 3dmark wildlife stress test but dips as low as 4800. Using power settings to restrict the core, gives you 5400 @ 99%. 7s gen 2 seems less affected by this in moto edge 50 fusion, pulling stable 3000, without enough thermal build up to throttle down during testing.
