845 is more better than G99 like the way G90T Does

Its not like on PC you can choose cpu of your desire, it's a phone. There's no new phones with 845 snapy. G99 its just equivalent of 845 with newer way cheaper technology and it was never intended to be swiss knife like Snapdragon flagship's. Its capable to loading most apps fast enough that you dont want to brake it in half while waiting and thats the G99 goal.

The G99 is better. It had better stability on playing games, comments above didn't count on that. Along with TSMC 6nm had better fab than Samsung 10nm since 3 years ago. Anyone is upgrading on the cheap, highly recommended buying phones paired with G99, it has better stability on games. However, the catch is, Adreno has better compatibility of games, since it was made from AMD's old ATi graphics card architecture (from the HD Series). But overall, G99 is the win, it has better technology, and better battery (which it matters the most for everyday users.)

It's true, Helio G99 has better battery efficiency. But about gaming and multitasking, I prefer Snapdragon 845. Although the difference is not that big from Helio G99, I prefer Snapdragon 845.

kell, G99 is only better at battery efficiency. On top of that, Snapdragon SOCs are superior in terms of game optimization, even if it's an old flagship chip.

The Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 is catching up better with the SD845 along with its 5G capabilities, compared to the Helio G99. The SD4 is slightly more expensive compared to the G99. However, both are currently the best in their categories in today's mid-range market. The SD 695, on the other hand, is lagging far behind and is additionally burdened by a higher cost.

While it may not be the fastest chip, its performance in daily tasks and games is almost the same. Moreover, the efficiency of the chip is significantly better, which means it will last longer on battery.

So it takes about 5 years for a mid-range chip to almost catch up with a flagship is just...

saruen, Although the GPU may be somewhat inferior, switching from a 10nm chip to a 6nm chip, with a slightly better CPU performance, is definitely an upgrade - unless your primary concern is gaming. You will notice a significant difference in terms of battery life and heat generation.

The great thing about the G99 is that it consumes less battery. This presents a huge advantage for portability.
