Actually it's performance is same in reality. Actually they work more on 2400e to make it more reliable and better and for marketing purposes as well so in minimum input it provides good output. S24FE performance is buttery smooth like a makkhan.

The difference is not felt for casual users. I used the S24 FE and it was enough for the performance, I didn't play games, so it was good. And, I'm not going to take an S25 FE that will use the Exynos 2400. Small difference, not worth it even though I changed the add. In the future, maybe I'll take the exynos 2600e on my next hape purchase.

Hey host. I think there was a wrong information you wrote in Exynos 2400's connectivity specs. Isn't there should be use WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 in exynos 2400. Please correct the details.πŸ™

Between s24 fe and s24+ the call battery time looks like an immensely improvement. The comparison makes sense because they have similar batteries (s24 fe 4700 actually while s24+ has 4900) and effective equal SoCs regarding computing performance and parts (honestly 2400e is just battery saver mode on 2400, which is how nearly everyone uses the s24 anyway). So this makes me wonder if the modem actually was improved finally? With Samsung's atrocious modem backtrack in the S series, this should be separetely measured in case of exynoses apparently even if they call it the same. S24 with 2400e should have been what s24 was in Europe at least, if they did want to cut the costs so badly.

Really decent chip. Samsung seems to be on the right road to redemption.

So more updated results came in for AnTuTu 10. Now it *really* looks more similar to the regular 2400. Honestly this makes the $649 price tag a bit more enticing compared to the regular S24's $800.

Not bad tbh, but exynos 2400 should've been the soc of the s24 fe, besides, it's not a bad cpu at all

The score for the 2400e is wrong. It scores about 1.6M!

Essentially, its the same chip but underclocked by 100 MHz. Performance is still good on its own but Idrk why Samsung thought about doing this if they're essentially using the same architecture.

They should continue with their Exynos line. Eventually their chips would be on par with Qualcomms chips. But that would take some time

The Exynos 2400e is the fine tuned version of the 2400, for less power draw and maximum performance.

lilaz, Lol! No. This will never happen. Samsung will never invest in their chips like Qualcomm.

Are you serious?, Actually, the issue is not the chip architecture but the fab node. Samsung's 4nm node is bad. They are using off the shelf ARM CPU/GPU cores, same as countless other chips. it's just their manufacturing node that makes them overheat & throttle. Same reason for 8Gen 1. Literally no current gen chips, mobile or desktop or enterprise are being made by Samsung. TSMC is the biggest monopoly rn.

lilaz, I agree. I have this feeling the Exynos will do a massive comeback cause of it's innovative approach. But things cans still vary. It's either blowing up or giving up. They got really close with Qualcomm since the Exynos 2200, despite just starting to use their own Xclipse GPU. I gotta say, as an experimental approach, that was really remarkable πŸ”₯
