I own a ryzen 5 3500u, I got a laptop a few months ago with this for £450 and now the 5500u laptops are all over the place for the same price, is annoying to be honest both of them are amazing processors though. Get a 5500u if you can and don't make the mistake I did. End of rant.

For single performance like if a person dont like gaming and heavy video editing then u will go for 3500U best otherwise prefer 5500U and better
