Intel is for gaming etc but Ryzen is best for multitasking because of its high cores and threads. If you want a cpu only for gaming choose Intel but if you want to do other efficient tasks like editing, programming, as well as gaming and AMD provides more performance with pair of AMD GPU *so buy Ryzen 9 5950x as if you are buying r9/i9 you must be doing other tasks also other than gaming so choose Ryzen* my opinion take Ryzen.

Bruh, Yes, they do actually use multiple cores. that's why an i3 10100 isn't as good at a 10600k by far, not just single but multi-core. that's also why gaming cpus want hyperthreading.

amd is my choise even steve jobs svitched from intel beacuse they do not belive them anymore and im using 4 core amd processor from 2012 and have no issuses

you can buy an amd with integrated graphics, and you can buy an intel without integrated graphics. the IGPU is really weak anyways, and a gtx 1650 is better, which will be too weak for anyone using these for editing, gaming, or anything else these are meant for
