After looking at the benchmark results Dimensity is much better than the this version of the Snapdragon

Just a random neighbor guy, Mid range would be 7050 proper (8000 series are regarded as mid range on this platform too). Or at least the 7000 series. I think they're comparable, at least phones containing both chipsets cost similar, with MediaTek costing less in some cases.
