Hello NanoReview Team, I've noticed that the estimated number of shading units for some Android GPUs, such as the Adreno 740 in the 8 gen 2 , has changed over time on your platform (e.g., from 768 to 512 ). Could you please explain why such revisions occur? Is it due to updated technical information, a change in estimation methodology, or something else? Thanks in advance for the clarification.

kem, Scores in Geekbench aren't "fixed" so yeah there will be cases where the chipset scores lower or higher. Here's Gizmo's Snapdragon 8s gen 4 Geekbench scores [https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/19/snapdragon-8s-gen-4-antutu-geekbench-scores/] it has a similar score to Nanoreview's Geekbench

TriplerYT, "Outperform " isn't an outperforming in terms of performance the 8 gen 3 is still faster and roughly more powerful than the 8s gen 4 and has way more faster cpu benchmarks proved that 8 gen 3 is superior to 8s gen 4 and 8s gen 4 is between the gen 2 and gen 3. so having a bit more scores on gpu Geek bench doesn't mean it's more stronger look at Single core and multi core in both gen 3 Significantlu outperforms the 8s gen 4
