Listen guys, right now, Snapdragon 8 Elite is the flagship processor and the strongest one out there with a 4.25 GHz clock speed, whereas Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, being a processor for mid-range phones, has the raw power that can outperform Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which was once a flagship. Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 can typically give you 100 to 110 FPS in PUBG, but if you use a cooler and GFX tool, it can give an extremely consistent FPS of 105 to 110, and during low-intensity moments, it would be hovering around 110 and 115 and even go higher sometimes.

8s gen 4 can give u stable 120fps in pubg if u have good cooling like playing in conditioner and use peltier cooler i have 8 gen 2 and it give me stable 120fps when i have good cooling

I have oppo k13 turbo pro with sd 8s gen 4 have internal fan and bypass charging, it can consistently give stable 120fps by using both internal fan and bypass charging even without the use of external cooling fan. You can even use frame rate interpolator in genshin impact and consistently have 119-122fps even without external cooling fan or air-conditioning. Btw, i tested it here in ph which has pretty hot weather and i don't even have an aircon. Just using an ordinary fan

Adreno 800-series GPUs are grouped in units called Slice. Each slice has 4 compute units and each compute unit houses 128 ALUs. 8 Elite has 3 Slices and 8s Gen 4 has 2 Slices while 7s Gen 3 and 6 Gen 1 probably have 1.

And nothing calls the phone (3) a "true flagship phone"? This is clearly a midrange chipset and way behind the competition.

8s Gen 4's performance is comparable to 8 Gen 3. Are you saying 8 Gen 3 devices are way behind competition.
