Despite having half the CPU and GPU performance of the 8 Elite, the 8s Gen 3 is still a value king. I mean, it still has 80% of the features of the 8 elite. And in day to day life and some medium gaming, you wouldn't notice any difference between the two. Redmi Turbo 3 with 8s Gen 3 costs around 280$ while devices with 8 elite, like OP13, cost around 900$. More than 3x more expensive but only 2x better.

Still, you can't say that SD 8s Gen 3 is just good for some medium gaming. Lol. It is definitely not matchable to 8 elite but, it doesn't make it a weak chipset. And, 8 elite power is phenomenally huge and there is no game out there that requires that much power at the moment. So, 8s Gen 3 is quite capable to handle any game efficiently you throw on it. I doubt about the GI at maximum settings, tho. Besides that, it's definitely not a weak chipset. It's a flagship chip and holds insane gaming capabilities, of course not compared to 8 elite. It is like comparing a 50 floor building to a 90 floor building. That's humongous but that doesn't makes you smaller. You're already higher than most of them in the market. And, that's enough.
