SD778G heats up a lot. Dimensity 1080 on Redmi Note 12 Pro is hot but does not throttle. because it can withstand the heat due to its graphite sheet stack on its back. That is why you'll feel it hot all over the back of the phone but it's good heat dissipation. You can feel the hotness on its back but does not reduce its performance.

The Dimensity 1080 can only switch between low and high graphics settings in CODM, which is quite disappointing because you can't enable all the graphics options. In contrast, the 778G allows you to access very high graphics settings and enables features like anti-aliasing and depth of field.

Kan, Thanks to One UI, four years of updates, five years of security updates, and its longevity – that's why.
