The fact that the big cores on the older A17 Pro can beat the 8 Elite is really impressive. Everything else on the 8 Elite is better though. Qualcomm beating Apples custom chips, including newer ones, is really impressive.

Wild Life Mark 8 Gen 4 = 143 FPS 17 Pro = 60 FPS (A18 Pro is 13% better than 17 Pro) A18 Pro has no 3rd mark test; Apple disables it because it is afraid that its weakness will appear next to 8 Elite. So 8 Elite GPU is 130% better than 18 Pro GPU.
