I have a Note 13 Pro Plus, and I'm thinking about buying a Xiaomi Pad 6.

Yep, it looks like a good combination. Personally, I have a Poco X6 Pro with Dimensity 8300 and I also have a Pad 6. My phone can handle anything with ease (x2) compared to the Pad 6 that still runs anything with respectable, if not decent, FPS. But to me, it feels kind of like a downgrade performance-wise. However, I believe it's a good combination for you. The 870 on the Pad 6 and 7200 on the 13 Pro+ will give you a very balanced experience. Also, the Pad 6 has a gorgeous screen for content.
